Get Better at Teaching in HigherED

Teaching in HigherEd can feel like a balancing act: too much detail and you lose your students, too little and the content feels shallow. In this live session, I’ll sit down with Yvo Wüst to explore how to make lectures both engaging and memorable.

We’ll start with the idea of didactic reduction—how to simplify complex topics without dumbing them down. Yvo will share practical tips on managing cognitive load so students stay focused instead of overwhelmed.
